DAVIE, Fla. — Miami Dolphins receiver Chad Johnson has been released from a Florida jail on $2,500 bond, a day after he had been charged with domestic violence after his wife accused him of head-butting her during an argument.
Jail officials say the 34-year-old Johnson was released Sunday afternoon. Johnson’s defense attorney, Adam Swickle, says Johnson posted the bond Sunday morning. Swickle says a no-contact order has been issued that prevents Johnson from contacting his wife, Evelyn Lozada.
Such orders are common in domestic violence cases.
Reality TV personality Tami Roman stopped by The Wendy Williams Show this morning to talk about how negativity of VH1’s Basketball Wives. During the interview, Williams was harsh in her assessment of Basketball Wives and Roman’s role on the show.“We’re all in our 40s, we’re grown women,” William’s said. “I was really embarrassed for being a black woman, seeing your guys go at it on the show. “
VH1 claims it is changing the tone with black reality shows. However one look at this trailer for the up and coming new show & viewers find its basically the same ole stereotyping and high drama just like the others. The idea of changng the tone is merely a case of semantics.
Here is what the MSM is saying..
