LAPD Undeterred by NYPD, Promise To Raise
the Bar on Dealing With Menacing Blacks
by Glenn Noble, AP (Associated Playahatas) Staff Writer
Los Angeles --
More than 3,000 Los Angeles Police Department officers rallied in downtown Los
Angeles earlier today in a show of support for their embattled compatriots in
New York, after the recent Thanksgiving weekend shooting of 3 unarmed African
American men in New York City. Promising a return to the hard-nose police
tactics that made the Los Angeles Police Department both famous and infamous,
the officers attending the rally stressed the need for the LAPD to catch up with
or surpass the NYPD in it's ability to deal with the menace of Black men.
Shouting slogans like "50 Shots but only 25 hit, stop making such a big deal of it", "31 fired but he had to reload twice, extended clips would be so nice", and "More terror funds for dealing with the dark ones" the officers were addressed by other officers as well as current Chief of the Los Angeles Police Department William J. Bratton. Bratton who oversees the third largest police department in the United States is the only person ever to serve as chief executive of both the LAPD and the NYPD. At the rally he promised to bring more NYPD tactics regarding use of force to the LAPD.
Bratton addressed the rally, "saying our officers need all the help they can get to protect them the menace of Black men and with you behind me I plan to demand the funds needed to get better weapons for our officers under Federal Anti-Terror funding. This isn't just about unarmed Blacks menacing officers with their baggy jeans, flashy jewelry, and gold teeth, this about terrorism!"
Bratton's address drew some of the loudest applause of the afternoon, but the loudest send-offs were reserved for former LAPD commissioner Daryl F. Gates and Duncan O'Malley, current head of the Policemen's Malevolent Society. Gates told the crowd "when I was in charge all we had was Rodney King … one of the first acts of Black men menacing police to be caught on tape, but our officers dealt with it as difficult as it was for them. But now look at New York, this must be at least the 5th shooting of an menacing, unarmed Negro in about the last 5 years. The NYPD is putting us to shame! We need to get away from asking all these questions and get back to real police work."
O'Malley on the other hand stressed to the need to deal with police officers being menaced at it's earliest stages, remarking "I get letters and calls from my officers all the time and one of their biggest complaints is the increase in 'backtalk' from Blacks. Regularly officers are complaining that they are being menaced by abusive questions like 'what am I being stopped for', 'have I done something wrong', 'am I under arrest', 'can I speak with an attorney', etc. Menacing Negroes starts a long time before we have to shoot them in the back. It starts when with this kind of 'backtalking'. From there it's just a matter of time before the police are forced to defend themselves against this menacing by using force".
The rally ended in the early evening as officers left chanting "Never Again" and "No Justice, No Police". No Black leadership were available for comment on the police rally as they were all planning their response to Seinfeld star, Michael Richard's recent racist tirade.

Snoop Dogg Arrested in for Possession of Anthrax and Nuclear War Heads
by Ooh Papi
Honolulu, Hawaii -- Rap artist "Snoop Dogg" was arrested, along with 122 members of his entourage and charged Monday with 5 felony counts of knowingly possessing a nuclear war head, cyanide, anthrax and a 4 ft adjustable titanium pimp cane-- while trying to board a plane in Hawaii, authorities said the Center for Disease Control had confirmed that the cyanide and anthrax were weaponized samples and capable of killing thousands. The Department of Homeland Security had begun an investigation into how the rapper obtained the deadly virus samples.
In a statement, his spokesman Mike O'Sullivan read a prepared statement by Snoop Dogg -- whose real name is Calvin Broadus – stating he denies the nuclear war head charges brought against him and could explain all his carry on baggage. Saying the warhead was a “gift from General Valuev Klitscho after a special performance for the general’s daughter” on a recent trip to Uzbekistani a former soviet republic. Snoop said that he was never even given the detonation code for the warhead and therefore could never have done anything destructive with it.
Continuing in the statement Snoop explained that his bodyguard had the chemical and biological agents in his bag and that’s it was not in Snoops baggage. Snoop was totally unaware that a member of his entourage had control of cyanide but the other vial was not anthrax but an anecdote for the cyanide and the media reports were false. Spokesman Mike O'Sullivan said he charges against Snoop Dogg “mocks the protections our country has in place to safeguard itself from real security threats and is celebrity 'head-hunting' by attention-seeking prosecutors," O'Sullivan said in the statement. "A jury will see this case for the publicity ploy it is, and the taxpayers will wonder why their tax dollars aren't being used to investigate real crimes and threats."
"These charges are bogus. The DA knows that, Snoop knows that. If this goes to trial, we will win," lawyer Donald Cook told The Associated Press.
If convicted the 35-year old musician from Long Beach, California would face a maximum sentence of thirty years in Abu Gharib prison. At press time the state department was looking to declare Snoop an enemy combatant.

Girl Hate Group Debuts #1 on Billboard
by Ooh Papi
This week, the Billboard albums chart's top five is packed with nothing but new releases, with Bakersfield , CA Pop duo Prussian Blue shocking the nation by taking
first after selling 910,000 copies of "End of A Black World" its first week out.
The album is also serving as the soundtrack to a remake of one of the most controversial movies in U.S. history "Birth Of A Nation". "End of A Black World" is the third and most successful album for 12 and 13 year old Lamb and Lynx, who have recently relocated to a private compound in Salt Lake City, Utah after their last album gained them national attention and they were profiled on ABC News.
"It really breaks my heart to see those two girls spewing out that kind of garbage, " said Ted Shaw, civil rights advocate and president of the NAACP's Legal Defense Fund. "This is bullshit. Right now I am more so shocked that an album advocating the extermination of Black people could be so widely received by America," said Shaw, who plans to protest the girls' album.
Lyor Cohen, Ceo of Warner Music, expressed interest in signing the girls to one of Warner's many imprints. He defended his interest in the racist duo stating, "I'm not a racist some of my best friends are Black, but how are you going to argue with almost 1 million in sales in one week? I'm about that Paper Beatch! My Black friends will understand."
Lynx and Lamb, who have been nurtured on racist beliefs since birth by their mother April, have high hopes for the album stating, "we hope that our album and Birth Of A Nation will show our people exactly what needs to be done to make this country safe and white." When asked about their inspiration for their latest efforts, Lynx gave this response. "when I saw the how popular Flav's 'Flavor of Love' show was, I knew that the time was right for this kind of album. I saw that Dave Chapelle show where he made a mockery of the KKK and White people were laughing. This broke my heart." Lynx was speaking of Actor/Comedian Dave Chapelle and his comic sketch depicting a blind, African American, Ku Klux Klan leader who was unaware that he was not White.
Prussian Blue appear to have gone from one of America 's dirty little secrets to Pop princesses overnight. In addition to Warner's interest the group is now fielding offers from major record labels such as Def Jam, MGM, and Geffen.

The Klu Klux Klan Disbands: Leaves Their Job To TOP Selling Rap Artist
by Ooh Papi
September 9th, 2006 – The southeast
leadership of the Klu Klux Klan has disbanded and the move could start of a
chain of disbanding among KKK units nationwide. The KKK leader stepped to the
podium, his hood lowered around his shoulders and a look of disgust on his face.
He said, "Sorry guys but this will be our last meeting; we're going out of
business." A member stood up in back. "But why sir?"
The leader sighed, "Well, reverend, the Nigras are doing a better job getting rid of themselves than we ever did, so we are no longer needed."
There were rumblings and protest. The leader
raised his hand to silence the Klan members, and said, "The corporate rap
music says more vile things about black women than we ever thought of and it’s
on every station in the world. Even their women sing vile things about
themselves"
The members grudgingly nodded in approval. The Imperial Dragon continued: "And their women write books and make movies that emasculate Black men better than any hangings we ever had or our speech writers ever could, looking down at two men seated in front who lowered their heads.
"They shoot each other constantly ", and wear shirts saying “stop snitching on drug leaders and killers” he continued;" And as a group, they spend a huge amounts of money on cars, liquor, diamonds. Its bragged about in their magazines -- and nobody needs us to talk about how a lot of their sorry asses keep playing the race and victim cards. Some members went looking for dictionaries, while most members nodded as it hit them that their job was finished; that blacks had become their own worst enemy. The leader shook his head.
"It's time to go back to our regular lives as policemen, judges and congressmen, and leave the business of getting rid of Niggers to Niggers. They are just better at it than us. "
He then threw his hood on the ground and walked off the stage. This ended the last KKK meeting in the Southeast but Imperial Dragons in other regions of the country opined that the move is a smart one and that other chapters will likely follow.

Brooke Hogan Escapes Miami Mugging
by Ooh Papi

August 10, 2006 – Brooke Hogan, daughter of Hulk Hogan went toe to toe with a duo of female rappers yesterday in Miami Beach, getting some help ringside from the Department of Homeland Security.
The two artist Trina and Jackie-O tried to rob the reality TV star of her Grills as he was standing next to her fathers yellow Lamborghini.
"A bunch of I hoes that didn't have no control over what they were doing," Brooke told The Miami Herald. "They messed with the wrong chic."
The female assailants first hopped out of their minivan at about 5 a.m. in an attempt to mug Brooke for her Grills. Jackie-O, pulled a black handgun on her and told her to put her jewelry on the hood of the car, cops said.
Showing fleet footwork instead, Brooke spit in her hair and ran away.
The assailants bolted into their van and drove around the block, but Brooke pursued in her sports car, witnesses said. The speeding thieves then ran a light at the corner and smashed into a Chevrolet SSR. Trina crashed the getaway car into a tree a block away.
Thomas Kilbride, a special agent with Homeland Security's Immigrations and Customs Enforcement, was in an unmarked federal car when he saw the accident, law-enforcement sources said.
"Brooke rolled up after the accident. She told the cop [Kilbride], 'These hoes were trying to rob me at gunpoint!' “said Abel Baptiste, a cabby who saw the smash-up. "The cop pulled out a gun and told the guy to get out of the van."
Baptiste drove off in his taxi, turned the corner, and saw one of the suspects, Jackie-O, hailing him for a ride. "I recognized her," said Baptiste. "She told me to take her to Liberty City. I told her OK, get in."
The cabby then took Jackie-O right back to the cops at the scene of the crash. "That could happen to anybody," said Baptiste. "If I got one bad guy off the street, it helps me too."
Brooke on the other hand, doesn't believe in "snitching."
"I don't identify anybody," the actress said as she left the 10th Precinct station house. "I'm not a snitch, I don't do that, that's not my forte. I got my grills on and I keep it street".
Trina is still at large.

Wynton Marsalis and other Jazz greats boycott Oprah Winfrey
by Ricardo M
(Additional Reporting by Dassum Bull)
July 5th, 2006
New York - Max Roach has joined in the criticism of Oprah Winfrey by accusing her of being a "hater" of Jazz Music. The omnipresent American chat show host was moved to defend herself after she was accused recently by jazz greats Sonny Rawlins and Craig Harris of having a beef against Jazz musicians after not having had any Jazz on her show.
Top selling, Wynton Marsalis said that Oprah has invited him on recently but due to a busy schedule, he might decline her offer. In a press release Marsalis only said he has no proof Oprah hates Jazz but was not able to to be reached for further comment, and was not sure if he was going to respond before the July 5th show deadline, though insiders told Playahata.com entertainment correspondent Dassum Bull, that he was going to snub the billionaire talk show host until she could show some loyalty to the art form.
However, Max Roach isn't waiting anymore, and has thrown in his two cents worth of evidence that Oprah doesn't dig their style of music. The 80 year old musician tells the new edition of Jazz Quaterly magazine, "I've been involved in twenty projects pitched to her over the last 30 years, but I've never been asked to participate. The idea that after all these years I haven't been invited is proof she's got a problem with Jazz. My number 1 hit album, "We Insist!" received recognition from the President of The United States and 3 Hollywood movie producers as a soundtrack. "She's had damn rapists, child molesters, gospel pimping preachers and lying authors on her show. And if I'm not a rags-to-riches story for her, who is?

Nation's Rappers Down To Last Two Samples: 'Tiptoe Through The Tulips,'
'Mr. Roboto' Only Remaining Unused Songs
Edited and Revised by Ricardo M via The Onion
June
8th, 2006

LOS ANGELES-In an announcement that has caused grave concern within the nation's hip-hop community, the American Society of Composers, Authors, and Publishers (ASCAP) revealed Monday that only two songs remain for rappers to sample, Tiny Tim's "Tiptoe Through The Tulips" and Styx's "Mr. Roboto."
Rapper Sean "P-Diddy" Combs, has vowed to bid "whatever it takes" to obtain the rights to the two remaining unsampled pop songs. "Such albums as Diddy's No Way Out and Mase's Harlem World have taken a heavy toll on our nation's precious sample reserves, ASCAP president Richard Goffin said. "Our nation's rap artists must now face the consequences of their failure to conserve this all-too-finite resource."
With such artists as Obie Trice, Busta Rhymes, Rhymefest, Pastor Troy, and Yung Joc all slated to begin work on new albums in the next few days, bidding for the sample rights to "Tiptoe Through The Tulips" and "Mr. Roboto" is expected to be fierce. P- Diddy has already stated that he is willing to pay up to $20 million for the rights to the ukulele line in "Tiptoe" alone.
"Yo, I got to get that 'Tiptoe' track," Combs said in an interview in Complex magazine. "I ain't got an album without it."
Styx spokespersons said the band will attempt to maximize profits from "Mr. Roboto" by selling off the hit song from 1983's Kilroy Was Here piecemeal. "Our asking price for the song's 'Domo Arigato' spoken-word intro with synthesizer backing is $25 million," Styx bassist Chuck Panozzo said. "As far as the lyric, 'My blood is boiling, my heart is human, my brain IBM,' goes, I can't imagine we would be asking any less than $55 million for that."
While Monday's ASCAP announcement stunned rappers across the U.S., signs of the impending crisis were present years ago. In 1989, James Brown became the first sample source to be exhausted, when the Jungle Brothers used a snippet of Brown sneezing during an outtake for "The Big Payback" on its album Done By The Forces Of Nature. By 1992, the music of numerous other high-profile artists was exhausted, including George Clinton, Rick James, Kool & The Gang, Prince and Queen. By 1995, nearly 80 percent of ASCAP-registered artists were tapped out as sample sources, including Roxette, Peaches & Herb, Bruce Hornsby, White Lion and Jon Secada.
Last Friday, the number of unsampled songs fell to two when rapper 50 Cent paid $12 million for the rights to "Is It Love," the B-side to the 1986 Mr. Mister hit "Broken Wings."
"This is an extremely serious situation," said Def Jam president Sean Carter. "Rappers may have to wait upwards of 10 years between albums, until there's enough new pop songs to sample. Other than that, the only solution is for rappers to come up with the music themselves. Let's just hope it never comes to that."

50 Cent Cigar Billboards Delayed Three Hours
By Bruce Banter
May 2nd, 2006
Rapper
Curtis Jackson known to the world as 50 Cent weighed in on the immigration
debate Monday when some of his workers did not show up to his Connecticut estate
to handle their daily duties. 50 was caught off guard by the highly publicized
May 1st Boycott and appeared peeved that 6 of his caretakers did not show up and
did not call forcing him to try to juggle different skilled employees at new
duties. The G-Unit behemoth employs a total of 23 part time workers at his
estate and 16 have undocumented immigrant status.
A camera crew for Vibe Magazine was forced to wait three extra hours to finish a photo shoot for his new line of "Big Entertainment Cigars" that will be featured on Interstate Billboards as part of his "Business as Usual" promotion Tour to Honor slain and soon to be slain rappers. The Cigars will be rolled by hand in Mexico and smuggled into the country.
50 Cent added his opinions about HR4337 and the nationwide protest stating, "Most of these immigrants make a lot of trouble, if they came here illegally, man, they need to leave we are already struggling in the hood, you know... It seems rough, and cruel, and harsh; but to be fair to everybody they should just apply. I had to hustle for what I got and I knew it was illegal, I didn’t cry and protest. Why they gotta come here? They need to hustle harder in their own country." Asked if saw any irony in his "get rich or die trying" philosophy's advocacy of selling drugs, and or his anti-immigrant comments coming on May 1st, known internationally as May Day or International Worker's Day, 50 Cent replied, "what is May Day? Is that like when people get their welfare checks?"
50 Cent went on to say, "these people taking over the
streets and want sympathy as if this boycott is legal." Then taking a
slight pause while an immigrant employee passed by to vacuum the spacious gothic
designed guest area, the rapper then continued, “I have had to fire two
gardeners who refused to learn any English in the six months in which they been
here. It's not about race, I love Latinos. Scarface was a political prisoner but
he did it the right way, why not be like Scarface? Who can argue with his
success? It’s the best way to shut your critics up. Plus immigrants don’t
buy legal CDs and they like to bootleg mine, like them damn Africans. Overall
these dudes are a strain on my economy."

Bush
Administration Media Collusion Memos Surface
By Paris, Guerrilla Funk
Investigative Journalist
April 3, 2006
WASHINGTON - In a disturbing turn of events for an administration already
plagued by sagging poll numbers and waning support for the Iraq war, Friday's
revelation that the Bush Administration issued direct guidelines for programming
to media outlets is troubling even die-hard conservatives. Late Friday a series
of memos between senior Bush Administration officials and management at Viacom,
Inc. were leaked calling for the media giant to focus on stories and programming
choices that "reinforce the Administration's positions" and to
"ignore and/or discredit points of view in opposition to the Bush
Administration's foreign policy objectives for the purposes of National
Security."
Democrats and key civil rights figures were quick to comment on this latest chapter of alleged government malfeasance. Democratic Senator Barbara Boxer issued a statement calling for a congressional inquiry. "This is it. This is a smoking gun. For years we've been saying that liberal and moderate points of view aren't being accurately reflected in the media and this proves our point. The Bush Administration is clearly out of touch with the American people, and Viacom should be ashamed."
Other prominent figures were less forgiving. Rev. Al Sharpton called the memos "treasonous" and "genocidal" and reiterated his desire for impeachment proceedings to commence. "What we have here is a complete disregard for the law, for what is morally correct and for the will of the people. It's been no secret to anyone with a brain that the majority of programming that we are exposed to by certain companies is negative, but now it's out in the open. Look at BET. Look at the exclusion of voices that accurately represent communities of color. It's insidious."
Media companies have come under increasing fire as of late for their portrayal of minorities and for inaccuracies in reporting stories of interest to activist communities.
Most recently, estimates in the participation numbers of protesters at anti-immigration legislation rallies were hotly disputed.
The media's alleged embracing of artists and stories depicting people of color in a derogatory manner has become a hot-topic issue with media watchdog groups and prominent entertainment commentators alike.
Davey-D, a San Francisco-based music writer and hip-hop historian, echoed the sentiment. "It's true, there is no balance in the media, especially in hip-hop, where the negativity is most prevalent. All we hear of on a commercial level is pimps, players and gangsters. That's not all us. What about the revolutionary voices? What about artists like The Coup? Like Public Enemy and Paris? They have a new album out together that speaks on exactly what's going on right now, but they don't get played on commercial radio. We've always argued that our voices are systematically suppressed. Well, here's the proof."
Not all agree, however. Senate Majority Leader Bill Frist took a more defensive stance. "Of course it raises some concerns, but we can't let this issue be blown out of proportion. Of course there have to be media guidelines. Hell, if we want to plant I.D. chips in people and torture their loved ones until they break, we will. I know the idea of governmental control over what the media can or cannot say during wartime may be an uncomfortable topic for some to digest, but it is a necessary fact of life when our enemies are trying to kill us."
Debra L. Lee, president and CEO of Viacom's Black Entertainment Television, agrees. "Even though our moniker is BET, our allegiance lies with our government and its directives, not the African-American community. Anyone who believes that we will endorse messages in contrast to our government's wishes, or that express dissent, is sorely mistaken."
Some entertainment industry insiders are becoming increasingly concerned, however. One longtime employee of Interscope Records, a leading record label and home to rap superstars 50 Cent and Eminem, stated recently under the condition of anonymity that the company "has a unique relationship with Viacom" and that it "deliberately focuses on marketing campaigns that depict black people in the worst possible light." When told of Rev. Sharpton's likening of the practice to 'genocide' on African-Americans, he agreed wholeheartedly, but expressed fears of reprisal should he publicly address his concerns.
"It's beyond national security. That was the reason given at first, but now they just tell us what we have to endorse, and what we have to avoid." He added, "these kids eat it up. They don't know the difference between what's real and what's fake."
An Interscope company spokesperson was unavailable for comment. "We will get to the bottom of this," Sharpton continued, "and heads will roll. Now that their practices of propaganda are common knowledge even Americans with limited political awareness will demand change."
**The above story is not a real news story, but in many ways it reflects the experience of those of us who are "awake" when watching tell-a-lie-vision, so much so that initially there was some confusion as to whether it was true. We can thank Paris and our comrades over at Guerrilla Funk for that (http://www.guerrillafunk.com/thoughts/doc000025.html).

VP of Programming of BET, Stephen Hill Tells It All On Tavis Smiley
By Kelly Hudlin
During a recent taping of the "Tavis Smiley
Show", VP of Programming of BET, Stephen Hill tells it all. Hill claims the
ongoing probe by New York Attorney General Eliot Spitzer, coupled with his
reconnection to his faith in Jesus Christ led to this most revealing interview.
Hill entered into a plea agreement with the New York Attorney Generals office, that allows him to keep and estimated $700,000 dollars, in illegal payments. Hill controlled the playlist for the entire network. Spitzer's investigation covered a five year period, beginning with Hill's move from MTV in 1999. BET is currently in 77 million homes.
Tavis Smiley once again shows his journalistic skills in this exclusive 30 minute interview. Stephen Hill reveals that when he first made the switch to MTV he was instructed by Bob Johnson "to whiten the network up" Hill knew he was brought to BET due to the imminent sale to MTV parent company Viacom. The transition was easy Hill said "I simply copied MTV show's like TRL and Tom Green, 106 and Park was a no-brainer and 'Hits from the Street's' were done with low budgets, Bob loved it".
Hill admits his problem was catering to the Urban market. Hill broke down in tears and admitted "Destiny's Child and "Bills, Bills Bills" is his all time favorite but ironically was the beginning of his lavish life of payola. Hill admits "I knew it was time to come clean, after I moved D4l's "Laffy Taffy" up BET'S charts" he was bound to get caught.
Spitzer's office planted D4L's "Laffy Taffy" as a nationwide sting, Hill along with over fifteen hundred programmers took cash payments to make D4L the most paid for song in the history of radio. “I remember when I heard the song, I laughed" Hill said the lyrics were great but the drum machine was not a Kevin Liles track! Hill decided to tell all in a plea agreement and now spends 40 hours a week with his renewed Jehovah Witness faith preaching door to door against sexuality in New Jersey.
Stephen Hill admitted that Bob Johnson and Viacom, know that BET's core
audience will fall for anything. "Radio and Video are about making money,
developing stars and content is long gone. Hill told Tavis Smiley that the
"industry has run amuck, pay for play is the rule now and I am tired of
playing Kunta for Jimmy Iovine and the rest of the industry".
Tavis during the final minutes of this must see interview asked the Brown University Alumnus, "You have three pictures on your desk, Tiger, OJ and Michael Jackson, which one of those stars are your favorite"? Find out that and more when Tavis Smiley interviews Stephen Hill, VP of Programming on Friday March 31, 2006 on PBS.

50 Cent To Sign Public Enemy, Black Star To G-Unit Records for Black History
Month
By Gumby Dammitt
NEW YORK — While Public Enemy and Black star are both widely regarded as two of hip-hop's most consistently excellent groups, neither has been burning up the sales charts lately. For years they've said, and their fans have echoed, that with the right label push, the top of the Billboard charts would become familiar territory.
Both acts, now free agents, may be getting their best shot at moving those elusive units by aligning with 50 Cent and his G-Unit Records. On Saturday in Brooklyn, where 50 was directing — singer Olivia's new video for "Twist My Back Out," he told MTV News that by Presidents day he will definitely have signed both groups to to his G-Unit label.
He said he's "very close" to signing both Public Enemy and Black Star which consist of Mos Def and Talib Kweli. "I'm ready to expand and do other things," 50-Cent explained. "Creatively, there are certain artists out there I respect. I've been listening to their music for a long time. I wanna work with them. I want to be able to put my full effort into it, but I can't work for it unless it's in both of our best interests, and that's with them being signed to G-Unit as a record company. It'll be serious. We've got a chance to go do some exciting things. It's time for Mos Def and Chuck D to get their PIMP ON "
Talib Kweli agreed. "We've been talking to 50 for a minute, maybe 2 days," he said. "Initially we were gonna sign to Interscope. After a while we saw it best [to sign] with 50 because of the style of music [we do]. We sat down with 50 and he let us know what he could do for us. We're satisfied with the move. I don't know how other people are gonna feel about the move. It's probably gonna be a lot of hate in people's blood, but we don't give a f---. We're gonna continue making our music. I feel we have a bigger platform. I can't wait. The adrenaline is pumping, its real Krunk in here. I just wanna get it started. I always wanted to pimp some hoes and sling some hydro on tracks, even if I never lived it, its very exciting to rhyme about. Everybody has been waiting for Chuck D to spit some gang banging lyrics and if he is going to be on G-Unit he will have to do that."
"The material I've been hearing from both of those ends lately, it's dead right," 50 said. "It's exactly where it needs to be right now. I know I can put them in a good position where they could become priority."
50 reiterated that neither group is officially signed, but if he does woo them in time, he may bring one or both on tour with him. I already measured Chuck D and Mos Def for Bulletproof vest and a business man like me never waste any money."

Acquittal Inspires Name Change for Record Label, The Inc.
By Bruce Banter
Lorenzo said the original name change was meant to shed any negativity surrounding his business and to help him beat federal racketeering and money-laundering charges. He revealed that he initially intended to name the label Lockdown Records.
After "Gotti" saw the story of the real Murder Incorporated gang on television, he decided to use it, hoping to create a name he could brand, such as Death Row or Bad Boy Lorenzo spoke at a midtown Manhattan news conference yesterday. Lorenzo, flanked by Ja-Rule and Ashanti, announced the label's name change to "Blood Thirsty Killers" marked a new beginning.
Irving Lorenzo said he was going to personally take on a new nickname himself and opted for something original calling himself "Gambino " to a round of applause at a crowded event attended by hip-hop entrepreneur Russell Simmons and Hip-Hop Summit Action Network head Benjamin Chavis.
Closing out the conference Irving "Gambino" Lorenzo spoke to the media "this is what I am rolling with "We can't be stopped its 2006, Killers on the rise". Anybody who wants us can get it, this kid here is Teflon, my heart don't pump no Kool-Aide. Never fearing but fear us. "Lawyers for record mogul Irving (Gambino) Lorenzo said they would not comment on the latest events.
